Blackberry Barrel Aged Gin - Winter Forager's Find Release
Introducing our Barrel Aged Blackberry Gin - Winter Forager’s Find release. This release is made using handpicked blackberries from the distillery which were slowly macerated in a special Derwent Distillery gin blend. The blackberry gin was then decanted into two 50L ex spiced red wine casks and gently matured in our bond store.

What to expect:
This gin presents itself as a wonderful balance of spice, oak and fruit.
As with all of our foraged releases, we’ve decided not to heavily filter this release. So please note that you may find some floaty bits (we like to call this flavour).
We recommend this is enjoyed as a warm mulled gin, finished with a slice of orange and stick of cinnamon.
